Healing Conversations

Healing Conversations is a six-week transformative online experience designed exclusively for women of African descent: a sacred space where you can exhale, reconnect with yourself, and build meaningful bonds with other Black women who truly get it.

This is not therapy. This is something beautifully different, a guided journey that blends the depth of a support group with the forward momentum of coaching.

The series meets for 6 weeks on Tuesdays, 6:30–8:00 p.m. ET (August 11 – September 15, 2026) in an intimate cohort of just 8–10 women. Every conversation is confidential, guided, and held in a space built entirely for you.

Together, you'll journey through the following sessions:

1. Caring for Your Soul: Rediscovering the practices that nourish and sustain you.
2. Awakening: Stepping into greater consciousness and self-awareness.
3. Manifesting Valued Aspects of Your Character: Embodying your core values in everyday life.
4. Healing and Dealing with Disappointment: Finding freedom and forward movement after hurt in life and relationships. 
5. Nurturing Your Soul: Cultivating ongoing rituals of rest, care, and inner peace.
6. Nurturing Your Soul, Part II: Personal requirements for joyful living
