refund & cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as transparent as possible while honoring the commitments required to host this event.

Nonrefundable Deposit
All deposits are nonrefundable and required to secure your spot upon acceptance into the event.

Cancellation by Participant
- Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the start of Healing Conversations may receive a 50% refund of payments made, excluding the nonrefundable deposit (on or before July 11, 2026).
- Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the start of Healing Conversations (on or after July 11, 2026) are nonrefundable.

Transfer of Registration
If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your spot to another eligible participant, or apply the fees paid to another offering by Rest and Re-create, LLC, subject to approval by event organizers.

Event Cancellation by Organizer
In the unlikely event that the event is canceled by the organizers, participants will receive a full refund, including the deposit.
