refund & cancellation policy - domestic events

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as transparent as possible while honoring the commitments required to host this retreat.

Nonrefundable Deposit
Deposits of $150 are nonrefundable and required to secure your spot upon acceptance into the retreat.

Cancellation by Participant
- Cancellations made 90 days or more prior (on or before July 10, 2026) to the retreat may receive a 50% refund of payments made, excluding the nonrefundable deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 90 days prior to the retreat (on or after July 11, 2026) are nonrefundable.

Transfer of Registration
If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your spot to another eligible participant, or apply the fees paid, excluding the nonrefundable deposit, to another offering by Rest and Re-create, LLC, subject to approval by retreat organizers.

Retreat Cancellation by Organizer
In the unlikely event that the retreat is canceled by the organizers, participants will receive a full refund, including the deposit.

Travel & Accommodation
Participants are responsible for their own travel and lodging arrangements. Any refunds related to accommodations at Innisbrook Resort must be handled directly with the resort and are subject to their policies.
